Notre approche permettant l’automatisation du gating de données de cytométrie a été mise en lumière par une nouvelle publication dans Human Vaccines & Immunotherapeutics. Dans cette étude, intitulée “Humoral and cellular immunogenicity and safety following a booster dose of a tetravalent dengue vaccine 5+ years after completion of the primary series in Singapore: 2-year follow-up of a randomized phase II, placebo-controlled trial”, notre approche a été mise en place afin d’automatiser la caractérisation de cellules T polyfonctionnelles en réponse à un rappel vaccinal.
